Designing a short-term social care support service for autistic adults.

Norfolk County Council is working with autistic people aged 16 plus to plan what type of support a new adult autism social care service could offer.  The service aims to support autistic adults by providing short-term practical support to live as independently as possible.

The questionnaire is aimed at autistic people aged 16 and over, their families/carers, and professionals who work with autistic adults. Please fill in the questionnaire to give us your views.

The council has worked with autistic people, parents, and carers to design this questionnaire.  We use identify first language as agreed by autistic people as part of the Norfolk All Age Autism Strategy.  We know that everyone is unique and so your feedback is important, to make sure we get the views of as many people as possible.

The questionnaire opens on Monday 13 March and closes on Sunday 9 April.
