These documents have been co-produced by a group of autistic people, to help autistic adults to prepare for a conversation with a worker from Adult Social Services. There is both a short introduction, and a longer guide.

This handbook aims to give Social Care providers and those providing a service for autistic adults and their families guidance and support to help them meet their needs.
It is separated into the priorities of the Norfolk All Age Autism Strategy.
