As part of the work being carried out by the Norfolk Autism Partnership Support Pathways Working Group, we want to find out about your experiences of support.
You can share your experiences of support by completing our online survey or downloading a paper copy.
Based on what you tell us, we will offer 1:1 and focus group sessions in July to better understand your feedback and explore any additional insights you may wish to share.

Background
In 2023 we worked with autistic people to create the Norfolk All Age Autism Strategy. People told us a kitemark might be helpful. An autism kitemark is a simple symbol that shows when a service meets standards that autistic people think are important. We now want to check if autistic people still think this is a good idea.
We would like to hear about the support or information you have used in the last 2 years. Your answers will help us understand your experiences and decide if we should create an autism kitemark. Your feedback will show what is working well, what is not working well, and what needs to change. It will also help us explain to services what good autism support looks like.
Taking part is your choice. You can answer as many or as few questions as you want. Some people may find it emotional or difficult to think about their support. Only answer the questions you feel comfortable with.
You can take breaks at any time.
Your views will be respected, and your answers will be anonymous. You only need to give us your contact details if you want to join a focus group or if you want us to update you on how your feedback is used.
This workbook will be available from Thursday 23 April and will be available for four weeks. The questionnaire may take around 15 to 25 minutes to complete.
Online 1:1 and Group sessions
As part of this work, we plan to hold some online 1:1 and group focus sessions to discuss the feedback gathered through the survey. These sessions also provide an alternative way for people to contribute their views. These sessions will take place in July.
If you would like to take part, or receive information about how we used your feedback to improve support for autistic people please enter your details in the form below and we will contact you nearer the time.
