Be U Norfolk: Adult Autism Assessment
Be U Norfolk provides autism assessments and support for adults in Norfolk. Their team offers person-centred assessments, which may simply begin with a conversation to understand someone’s experiences and needs. After the assessment, individuals receive clear feedback on whether they are likely to be autistic, along with guidance and a personalised plan for next steps.
Be U Norfolk also offers a wide range of resources for autistic people, families, carers, and professionals. Their aim is to provide supportive, accessible information and help people understand and navigate the assessment process with confidence.

Right to Choose — Adult Autism Assessments
In England, under the NHS you have a legal NHS England right to choose who carries out your autism (or ADHD) assessment.
If you are registered with a GP in England, you can ask them to refer you to a ‘qualified’ provider of your choice — often giving you a faster assessment or greater convenience than standard local services.
If you think this might suit you or someone you support, contact your GP, ask for a “Right to Choose” referral, and choose a provider that meets NHS standards.
